Create perfect system connections
Prior to this project, Lamy was using a more streamlined media management system and did not yet have a full-featured digital asset management software. After extensive market analyses, Lamy decided on Tessa DAM perfect, linked with product information management software from Akeneo.

Individual User Interface

The Tessa application interface was adapted to individual customer requirements. The complete design language of the Lamy company, such as common colors, fonts and wording, was customized in the Digital Asset Management system. For the key users, this measure greatly enhanced the user experience right from the start and they were able to start working immediately in a more familiar environment.

Result
Automatically generate Power Point and Excel files
Tessa enables the customer to create automated Power Point presentations from the respective media collections. The presentations are generated in the desired template with appropriate start and end slides. In addition, a special data export for Excel files was created for Lamy, which can be highly configured.
Smooth usage worldwide
The SaaS system solution creates maximum availability and usability of Tessa DAM worldwide. Individually adapted rights and role management specifically manages access rights to media for the individual country groups.
Always up-to-date product data in both systems
The perfectly created integration between Tessa DAM and Akeneo PIM ensures always up-to-date product data in both systems. The implemented connector synchronizes the data between both systems. Thus, Lamy was able to greatly reduce the publishing time of their products on the individual e-commerce channels.
Up-to-date about new product images
By creating asset collections in Tessa, targeted media can be distributed to the respective desired user group. In the case of Lamy, this means that all user groups in the respective countries always receive the current media collection intended for them. In this way, graphic distribution can be controlled globally in a targeted manner.
